Renewable decide on directed new issue Renewable Energy in Sweden AB has initiated cooperation with the Swiss company, World Wind Industry Ltd. Renewable holds great hopes of selling turnkey projects to the company, both on land and offshore. In connection with the above cooperation, the Board decided at the first autumn board meeting on 23 August to direct new issue to an associated company of World Wind Industry Ltd, namely West Way Trading Ltd. The new issue will provide Renewable with around 2.5 million SEK and give West Way Trading Ltd 1 250 000 shares, equivalent to about 5.3% of the votes and capital in Renewable. The issue settlement was made on 2 August 2001 and is at parity with the opening rate at AktieTorget. The new issue is made in accordance with the authorization given to the Board at the shareholders' meeting of 20 June 2001.
