A proposed new board member

A proposed new board member Resco shareholders, equivalent to at least 52 percent of the votes, have today proposed that Paul Hökfelt be elected as a new member of the board. Paul Hökfelt is CEO of New Generation Holdings (NGH), Geneva, and he has had extensive international experience. It can be mentioned that two of Paul's recent positions were CEO of UCTi Ltd (UCT), London/New York, and managing director of Unilabs S.A., Geneva.
