Changes in Resco's Board of Directors Two members of the board of Resco have resigned. Johan Siwers and Johan Mathson, members of the board of Resco AB (publ), have announced their resignation as Directors. Siwers and Mathson have been members of the board for one year and two years respectively. As a result, the board now consists of Jan-Olof Engström, Chairman, Kjell Jacobsson, CEO, Mikael Öhlund, Deputy CEO of Folksam, Barbara Ericsson, Manager within Enskilda Securities, Paul Hökfelt, Group CEO of New Generation Holdings (NGH) and Stefan Lindell, deputy.
