Resco carries out directed new issue for SEK 166.5M On 22 March 2000, The Board of Directors of Resco AB (publ), subject to the approval by an Extraordinary General Meeting, decided to carry out a new issue of up to 500,000 shares with departure from the shareholders' right of preference. The objective of the issue is to contribute funds for continued expansion to the Company and to increase the institutional ownership. The issue was directed at a number of large Swedish and foreign institutional investors. The subscription price of SEK 333 per share has been set via a bid procedure. The issue contributes SEK 166.5M to the Company before issue costs. The directed new issue was carried out by H&Q Technology. "The contributed capital means that the foundation has been laid for our international expansion. We are now able to expand more rapidly and at the same time market our services to a broader extent than before," says Torstein Johansen, President of Resco AB.
