RESQUNIT AB (publ) Announces Retirement of Thomas Norheim from the Board of Directors

Stockholm, September 19th, 2024 — RESQUNIT AB (publ: "RESQ") today announces that Thomas Norheim will retire from his position on the Board of Directors, effective September 19th, 2024. Mr. Norheim has decided to step down to focus on his growing personal ventures and to allocate more time to his other professional commitments.

Thomas Norheim has been an integral part of RESQUNIT AB (publ)'s Board, contributing significantly during his tenure. His insight and dedication have helped guide RESQUNIT through pivotal strategiec stages.

"After much consideration, I have decided to step down from the Board to focus on my expanding personal ventures and other professional commitments," said Mr. Norheim. "It has been an honor to serve on the Board of RESQUNIT. I remain a strong supporter of the company's vision and strategy."

The Board of Directors and management of RESQUNIT AB (publ) would like to express their sincere gratitude to Thomas for his commitment and valuable contributions to the company. In accordance with the company's articles of association, the remaining four members of the Board are sufficient for its proper functioning. Therefore, the vacancy will not be filled at this time.
