Resurs Bank signs agreement with Komplett ASA

Resurs Bank AB has entered into an interim factoring agreement with Komplett ASA.

Komplett Group is one of the largest e-commerce actors on the Nordic market and market leader in the office and home electronic segment when it comes to distribution and retail.

The agreement encompasses a limited number of company invoices to Komplett's subsidiary Itegra, following periods of strong growth in its distribution segment. The intention is to conclude a long-term agreement.

Resurs and Komplett ASA have had good experiences working together thanks to the collaboration around Komplett's subscription model Flex, which was launched in 2021.

As part of Resurs' transformation journey, the bank has focused on developing B2B services for the Nordic market. Komplett will use Resurs' cloud-based platform, which creates opportunity for products optimized for corporate financing.
