REV GROUP, TEAM PENSKE’S NEWEST SPONSOR, CAPTURES PRANK

REV Group, Inc., Team Penske’s newest sponsor, helped Helio Castroneves, a three-

time Indianapolis 500 winner, capture one of IndyCar’s ultimate April Fools’ pranks —

exactly one day before the Phoenix Grand Prix, slotted for 8:30 p.m. EST Saturday, April

2 under the bright lights of Phoenix International Raceway.

During the prank, REV cameras captured Castroneves laid up on the couch of his

new American Coach, a REV luxury coach unveiled to the driver in March, as he faked

an ankle injury. Here’s the video

REV Group, a manufacturer of industry-leading vehicles, is the primary sponsor of

Castroneves’ No. 3 Chevrolet during the April 2 evening race. REV will also play host to

a special VIP dinner Friday, April 1 at the Penske Museum and is sponsoring select

2016 races of the NASCAR XFININITY Series.
