CEO OF ICARE FINLAND TO CHANGE

The CEO of Icare Finland, a subsidiary of Revenio Group Corporation’s Health Care segment, changes. The company's present CEO, Ari Tiukkanen, today announced his resignation after having been appointed Director of Metsäliitto Wood Products' Building Products segment and member of Metsäliitto Wood Products's Executive Management Group. Tiukkanen will continue in his current position until May 2012.

Olli-Pekka Salovaara, President and CEO of Revenio Group Corporation, comments:

"During the almost four years as CEO of Icare, Ari Tiukkanen has achieved excellent financial results and built a strong foundation for the company's international success and the new generation of products. Although we would have wished for him to continue the success story of Icare, we understand and honor his decision to accept the new challenges offered to him by a company familiar to him from the earlier stages of his career. We would like to express our warmest thanks to Ari for his fruitful work in the service of our group and wish him success in his new tasks."
