DONE  SOLUTIONS  CONCLUDES  JOINT  DISCUSSIONS  WITHIN   ITS
SUBSIDIARY, DONE LOGISTICS

The Systems, Software and Customer Support units within Done
Logistics Oy, a Done Solutions Corporation subsidiary,  have
concluded   joint  discussions  with  their  employees,   as
required  by  the  Act of Joint Discussions with  Employees.
These  units,  located in Kauhajoki, Seinäjoki and  Tampere,
have  80 employees. As a result, four employees will be made
redundant  and all of the others laid off for an average  of
20 days, until the end of August. Through these measures and
other  cost  cuts,  savings  of EUR  0.35  million  will  be
achieved during the period up to the end of August.
