DONE INFORMATION TO PARTNER WITH PIC ENGINEERING Done Solutions Corporation has entered into a partnership with PIC Engineering Corporation. The purpose is to create a service where Done Information Oy will concentrate on multilingual documentation and documentation management software solutions while PIC Engineering Corporation will focus on product development and design services. As part of the agreement Done Information Oy will sell its Engineering business, excluding naval architecture and drawing services, on December 1, 2003, whose staff will join PIC Engineering Corporations payroll. The parties have agreed not to disclose the price. This partnership will streamline Done Informations business, providing the company improved opportunities to focus on its documentation business. Deal will not have material effect on Done Solutions Corporations profit or cash flow.
