DONE INFORMATION TO SELL SOFTWARE UNIT AS PART OF STRATEGY TO FOCUS ON
MULTILINGUAL DOCUMENTATION
Today on April 28, Done Information Oy, a Done Solutions Corporation
subsidiary, signed an agreement with SysOpen Plc for selling its
Software Solutions business to SysOpen, encompassing customer-solutions
and product businesses based in Jyväskylä and Helsinki. Done
Informations 26 employees will join SysOpens payroll under their
current employment terms.
In 2003, Software Solutions reported net sales of around EUR 1.7
