DONE LOGISTICS OY TO BEGIN EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS

Done Logistics Oy, a subsidiary of Revenio Group Corporation’s Systems segment, will launch negotiations in line with the Act on Co-operation within Undertakings, to facilitate adaptation measures more intense than the ones agreed on before, alongside the implementation of structural changes.

On the basis of employer-employee negotiations concluded on 9 December 2011, the company already has the right to lay off the entire personnel until 31 December 2012. The negotiations to be launched prepare for possible terminations of employment to be implemented in addition to the lay-offs.

The scope of adaptation measures will be more precisely defined in the light of the forthcoming negotiations and prospective demand.

These negotiations will not affect Revenio Group Corporation’s previously announced profit guidance for 2012.
