DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION RECEIVES A SUMMONS The bankruptcy estate of Done Logistics AB, Done Solutions Corporation's Swedish subsidiary, has summoned Done Solutions Corporation to the Helsinki District Court to answer its claim for compensation of a maximum capital of SEK 30,000,000 million (EUR 3.3 million) payable to the bankruptcy estate. This summons pertains to the bankruptcy estate's claim announced by Done Solutions Corporation on November 4, 2004. Since Done Solutions Corporation finds this claim and summons completely without merit, it is prepared for long-standing proceedings. The summons will have no immediate effects on Done Solution Corporation's financial standing.
