DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION RECEIVES CLAIM FOR PAYMENT

The bankruptcy estate of Done Logistics AB, Done Solutions
Corporation’s subsidiary in Sweden, today lodged a claim for payment of
a maximum amount of capital of SEK 30 million (EUR 3.3 million) with
Done Solutions Corporation, based on a document on shareholders’ equity
adequacy under the title “Kapitaltäckningsgarantiö.

Based on this announcement, the bankruptcy estate’s primary goal is to
reach a negotiated settlement, but if this is not feasible, it has
threatened to submit the related plaint to the Helsinki District Court.

In Done Solutions Corporation’s view, the claim for payment lodged by
the bankruptcy estate is completely without merit.
