DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION RECEIVES CLAIM FOR PAYMENT The bankruptcy estate of Done Logistics AB, Done Solutions Corporations subsidiary in Sweden, today lodged a claim for payment of a maximum amount of capital of SEK 30 million (EUR 3.3 million) with Done Solutions Corporation, based on a document on shareholders equity adequacy under the title Kapitaltäckningsgarantiö. Based on this announcement, the bankruptcy estates primary goal is to reach a negotiated settlement, but if this is not feasible, it has threatened to submit the related plaint to the Helsinki District Court. In Done Solutions Corporations view, the claim for payment lodged by the bankruptcy estate is completely without merit.
