DONE SOLUTIONS SELLS PROVIDOR LOGISTICS' BUSINESS On September 30, 2005, Done Solutions Corporation's subsidiary, Providor Logistics Oy, will sell its distribution and warehousing services business including assets, rights and liabilities to Hahka Way Oy for EUR 1.7 million, one third of which was paid upon signature today and two-thirds will be paid on October 31, 2005. The resulting capital gains under "Profit for the period of discontinuing businesses" total EUR 1.1 million. As a result, Providor Logistics Oy's accounts will be treated under discontinuing businesses separately from continuing businesses in future financial reports for 2005 and the 2004 comparatives, according to IFRS. Due to the sale of Providor business the company will give more precise information on prospects towards the year-end in Q1- Q3/2005 Interim Report on October 28, 2005.
