ELINA KARJALAINEN AS NEW DONE INFORMATION OY’S CEO

Elina  Karjalainen (32), M.A. and M.Pol.Sc., has been appointed CEO  of
Done  Information Oy, a Done Solutions Corporation subsidiary, and will
take  up  her duties on September 1, 2004. She was in charge of various
duties  at  Alpha  Communications Oy, a translation  and  documentation
services  provider, from 1997 until 2000 and, since 2001, she has  been
Director at Done Information Oy.

Done Information Oy is one of the largest translation and documentation
services  providers  in Finland, with its major customers  representing
machine  and equipment manufactures, software companies and  government
organizations. With a staff of 80 on June 30, 2004, the company  posted
net sales of EUR 3.1 for January-June 2004.
