FDA IMPORT LICENSE TO TIOLAT OY'S ICARE TONOMETERS IN CHINA

The Chinese Food and Drug Administration has approved an import license
application for the iCare tonometer filed by Tiolat Oy, a Group subsidiary
within the Health Care segment. This license is valid at the first phase for
four years according to China's practices. The sales to China will start this
year and this license approval to China will contribute more favourably to
Tiolat Oy's sales performance starting from 2009.
