DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION: NEW SHARES

A total of 135 000 new shares (DSO1VN0106) subscribed
with the 2002 option rights of Done Solutions Corporation will be
traded as new shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange’s
NM List as of 8 February 2006.

Presuming that the shares have been entered in the
Finnish Trade register on 7 February 2006.

The new shares will be merged with the old shares after the
dividend rights are equal.
