DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION: NEW SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS

A total of 100 000 new shares (DSO1VN0106) subscribed 
with the 2002 option rights of Done Solutions Corporation 
will be traded together with the already listed new shares 
as of 24 March 2006.

The new shares will be merged with the old shares after the dividend 
rights are equal.
