NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR FINNISH LED-SIGNS OY

A new managing director has been appointed to Finnish Led-Signs Oy. Starting
from 1 December 2010, Helena Korte (37), MA, eMBA, has been appointed as the
new managing director. During the last five years, Korte has held international
business management positions at PerkinElmer Inc.'s Wallac Oy, where she was
responsible for, for example, product management; the business operations of
the largest product line in North America; and global customer support. Prior
to this, Korte worked as a project manager at Raisio Benecol Oy, and as chief
operating officer of the biotechnology company Hormos Nutraceutical. 

Mia Alpisalo, the current CEO of Finnish Led-Signs Oy, will continue within the
company in financial administration.

Led-Signs Oy. As our operations focus more and more on exports, it is crucial
