NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 10, CHAPTER 2 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Gateway Finland Oy  (Business  ID  0777262-8)  has  made  an  announcement  of  an
agreement, under Section 9, Chapter 2 of the  Securities  Market  Act,  which,  if
implemented, will result in changes in shareholding.

On November 30, 2005, Gateway Finland Oy, a development  and  investment  company,
and Done Solutions Corporation concluded  an  agreement,  which,  if  implemented,
will  increase  Gateway  Finland  Oy's  holding  to   10,000,000   Done   Solution
Corporation shares, accounting for more than  three-twentieth  of  Done  Solutions
Corporation's new outstanding shares, totaling 59,467,484 shares  if  the  private
placement were implemented.

In  order  for  the  agreement  to  take  effect,  Done  Solutions   Corporation's
Extraordinary General Meeting must approve  the  private  placement  with  Gateway
Finland Oy,  waiving  the  shareholders'  pre-emptive  rights.  The  Extraordinary
General Meeting will convene on December 19, 2005.

If implemented, this transaction will increase Gateway Finland  Oy's  shareholding
in Done Solutions Corporation and the related voting rights to 16.81 percent.
