NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 9, CHAPTER 2 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

The following notice has been brought to Done Solutions Corporation's attention:

Done Solutions Corporation shares and the resulting voting rights held by
Conventum Venture Finance Ltd, controlled by Pohjola Group plc, have decreased
today to less than a fifth (1/5) of all shares and voting rights, as a result of
the increase of Done Solutions Corporation's share capital.

As required by Section 9, Chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act, we hereby
provide the Financial Supervision Authority and Done Solutions Corporation with
the following information:

1. Name of target company
Done Solutions Corporation, business ID 1700625-7

2. Date of change in shareholding

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Done Solutions Corporation decided on
December 19, 2005 to increase the company's share capital through a rights issue,
and according to the company's announcement this increase was recorded in the
trade register today. As a result of this transaction, Conventum Venture Finance
Oy's shareholding in Done Solutions has changed.

3. Done Solutions Corporation shares and the related voting rights on December
23, 2005:

10,140,770 shares, or 17.1 percent of voting rights and share capital
