The following notice has been brought to Done Solutions Corporation's attention:

Done Solutions Corporation shares and the resulting voting rights held by
Conventum Venture Finance Ltd, controlled by Pohjola Group plc, have decreased to
less than a quarter (1/4) of all shares and voting rights, as a result of share
transactions on December 19, 2005.

As required by Section 9, Chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act, we hereby
provide the Financial Supervision Authority and Done Solutions Corporation with
the following information:
