NOTIFICATION  UNDER  CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9  OF  THE  FINNISH  SECURITIES
MARKET ACT

Done   Solutions   Corporation   yesterday   received   the   following
notification of changes in the company’s ownership structure.

Due  to  stock  purchase made on November 20, 2003,  Conventum  Venture
Finance  Oy’s holding in the company’s share capital and voting  rights
will   increase   to   above   25  percent.   Pohjola   Hallintopalvelu
Corporation’s  (under  liquidation)  holding  in  the  company’s  share
capital  and  voting rights will decrease to below 5  percent.  Pohjola
Group Corporation has a controlling interest in both companies.

Name of the target company: Done Solutions Corporation (1700625-7)

Date of change in the ownership: November 20, 2003

Exact  proportion  of  Done Solution Corporation’s  share  capital  and
voting rights:

Conventum  Venture  Finance Oy (0823796-9) holds 13,140,770  shares  in
Done  Solutions  Corporation,  accounting  for  26.56  percent  of  the
company’s share capital and voting rights.

Pohjola  Hallintopalvelu  Corporation, under  liquidation,  (1519290-6)
does not hold any shares in Done Solutions Corporation.
