Done Solutions Corporation yesterday received the following
notification of changes in the companys ownership structure.
Due to stock purchase made on November 20, 2003, Conventum Venture
Finance Oys holding in the companys share capital and voting rights
will increase to above 25 percent. Pohjola Hallintopalvelu
Corporations (under liquidation) holding in the companys share
capital and voting rights will decrease to below 5 percent. Pohjola
Group Corporation has a controlling interest in both companies.

Exact proportion of Done Solution Corporations share capital and
voting rights:
Conventum Venture Finance Oy (0823796-9) holds 13,140,770 shares in
Done Solutions Corporation, accounting for 26.56 percent of the
companys share capital and voting rights.
Pohjola Hallintopalvelu Corporation, under liquidation, (1519290-6)
does not hold any shares in Done Solutions Corporation.
