PEKKA PYSTYNEN AS DONE SOLUTIONS NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO Done Solutions Corporations Board of Directors has elected its present member Jyri Merivirta (40), LL.M., Chairman of the Board from October 1, 2004. The present Chairman Pekka Pystynen (56), Lawyer (trained on the bench) and MBA, will be a Board member from October 1, 2004, and has been appointed President and CEO from October 1, 2004. Juha Mikkola (51), B.Eng.Sc. and MBA, has been appointed CEO of Done Logistics Oy, a Done Solutions Corporation subsidiary, and will take up his duties on October 1, 2004.
