REVENIO GROUP CORPORATION TO SELL ITS SUBSIDIARY DONE INFORMATION OY

Revenio Group Oyj has today sold its Service-Segment subsidiary Done Information Oy to Semantix Lingua Nordica Oy a part of Swedish conglomerate Semantix Corporation by MEUR 2,5. As a result of the transaction, Revenio Group Corporation will record a non-recurring capital gain of approximately EUR 1,5 million in its third quarter 2011 result. MEUR 2,2 of the sale price was paid in cash upon closing. Deferred payment of MEUR 0,3 will be paid in 2012 after the certain earn out -terms specified in the shares purchase agreement will be fulfilled. The sold company will be consolidated in Revenio Group Corporation's group figures until 30 June 2011.

The net sales of Done Information Oy in 2010 totaled MEUR 3,6 and profit margin MEUR 0,2. The transaction does not have an impact on Revenio Group’s financial guidance for 2011.
