INTRAWEST CONFIRMS PLANS FOR A RADISSON SAS RESORT AT ARC 1950 LE VILLAGE

Les Arcs, France, May 20, 2005 - Intrawest Corporation, the world’s leading operator and developer of village-centered resorts, has today announced that it has added a new project to the existing license agreement with Rezidor SAS Hospitality, one of the world’s fastest growing hospitality companies, to open a new 140-suite luxury condominium-hotel at Arc 1950 that will operate as a Radisson SAS from Winter 2007.

This highly anticipated property, the “Manoir Savoie”, represents the last real estate opportunity for sale at Arc 1950 Le Village. It will begin operating in 2007. Each of the self-contained suites will available for purchase by reservation only. At this time, all of the residences at Arc 1950 are sold out, making the Radisson SAS Resort Arc 1950 and the “Manoir Savoie” the only chance to still be a part of the village. The sales launch for the project is scheduled for June 4th, 2005 in Paris, France.
The “Manoir Savoie” with it 140 suites will join the two existing condominium-hotel properties under the Radisson SAS brand at Arc 1950 Le Village. The two existing properties – “Auberge Jérôme” and “Sources de Marie”-- are currently under construction and provide a total capacity of 200 suites. Upon completion, Arc 1950 Le Village will consist of approximately 750 units, a wide variety of shopping and dining alternatives, and a vibrant nightlife.
