Rezidor SAS is ‘Best’ in business

Brussels, 8 December 2003 …. Rezidor SAS Hospitality, one of the fastest growing hospitality companies in the world, has scooped the highly prestigious inaugural Hotel Report award for ‘Best Company’.

These new industry awards cite the criteria for winning ‘Best Company’ as: The hotel or operating company that has made the most significant impact over the past twelve months due to either financial gains / growth / acquisitions / operating standards / marketing impact or general business expertise and competence. The Awards are seen as being truly reflective of industry opinion as they are voted for by leading hotel executives.

Kurt Ritter, President and CEO of Rezidor SAS Hospitality, on collecting the award, said: “Rezidor SAS is thrilled to accept this award which comes at the end of one of the greatest periods of growth in the history of our company. 2003 has seen Rezidor SAS sign 35 new hotel agreements this year alone. Mr Ritter was also among the nominees for the Award’s Business Leader of the Year. Radisson SAS, the Rezidor SAS core brand was nominated in the category for Best Hotel Brand.
