Correction - Last day of trading before consolidation of shares in RightBridge Ventures Group November 1[st]

The previous press release included an incorrect last day for trading before the merger of shares in RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ.). The last day for trading in the share before the merger is today November, 1st 2022 as below

The last day for trading in the share before the merger is today 1 November 2022. The first day for trading in consolidated shares is tomorrow the 2 September 2022. The merger takes place automatically via Euroclear Sweden AB and shareholders do not need to take any action. New ISIN code for RightBridge valid from November, 2nd is SE0019070749.

In connection with the merger, the company's main owner, Abelco Investment Group AB, contributed shares free of charge to the shareholders whose shareholdings are not evenly divisible by 25.
