RightBridge's board decides to postpone the adoption of a new accounting standard.

RightBridge Ventures Group AB ("RightBridge" or the "Company") decides to postpone the migration of the Company’s accounting standard from K3 to IFRS. RightBridge will continue to present its reporting under the standard of K3 during the financial year of 2023.  

The Company’s board has decided to postpone the adoption of IFRS. The board has taken in consideration the complexity of the migration, the information needs of the Company, their shareholders and the financial markets as well as the high level of operational activities in which the Company is enrolled to come to the conclusion that the migration from K3 to IFRS is not in the best interest of the Company, shareholders or the financial markets at this stage.
