CORRECTION: Rikshem's Interim report January–September 2023

Rikshem AB (publ) issues a correction of its press release “Rikshem's Interim report January-September 2023: Positive progress and steady decline in market vacancy rate” published on October 27, 2023 at 07:30.

The correction relates to a typo in the “Rikshem in summary” table on page 1 in the Interim report. An incorrect figure appears in both the Interim report and the press release on the line Total return, including joint ventures, % (R12), where total return, including joint ventures, for the rolling 12-month period is stated as -5.7 percent (-0.4). The correct figure is -6.0 percent (-0.4). 

The corrected report is attached. No other changes have been made.
