Moody's reaffirms Rikshem ' s strong credit rating

The credit rating agency Moody's Investors Service affirms Rikshem's long-term credit rating A3 with a stable outlook.

"As a basis for the strong rating A3 with a stable outlook, Moody's highlights Rikshem's good quality of residential and community service properties, good rental growth, good access to bank and bond financing, a strong liquidity profile and strong support from the owners. This provides us with continued good access of funding at favorable terms – a strength in times when underlying interest rates have risen sharply," says Anette Frumerie, CEO of Rikshem.
