The credit rating agency Moody's Ratings reaffirms Rikshem's strong credit rating of A3 with a stable outlook.

The strong credit rating shows Rikshem's stable position with a qualitative portfolio of residential rental apartments and properties for public use in the healthcare and education sectors. Moody's highlights the good rental growth, high occupancy rate, long average remaining lease term for properties for public use, very good liquidity coverage and Rikshem's strong ownership support as reasons for the credit rating.

"The credit rating confirms what we ourselves experience - a stable Rikshem with high confidence from the market. We have a strong financial position with good financing opportunities in both the capital and banking markets. This improved further during the current year when we launched our sustainability-linked financing framework. The interest in this has contributed to a significant increase in the proportion of green and sustainable financing," says Anette Frumerie, CEO, Rikshem.
