New chairman and new member of the Board of Directors at Rikshem

At an Extraordinary General Meeting on April 20, 2021 Per Uhlén, member of the Board of Directors was elected new Chairman of the Board of Rikshem AB (publ) after Bo Magnusson announced that he wished to resign from his position as Board member and Chairman of the Board. At the same time, Peter Strand was elected as new member of the Board of Directors.

–  We would like to thank Bo Magnusson for his time as chairman of the Board at Rikshem. With his support, the company has developed very well, which contributes positively to our assignment towards today's and tomorrow's pensioners, says owner representatives Katarina Romberg, AMF Pensionsförsäkring, and Jenny Askfelt Ruud, AP4.  

Per Uhlén

Per Uhlén was born in 1948 and has Master’s degrees in Engineering and Business & Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University. He has previously been vice president of Skanska Sweden and CEO of Diligentia (now Skandia Fastigheter). He has also been acting CEO of Rikshem. Per Uhlén has held board assignments for, among others, Vasakronan and Bonnier Fastigheter.

Peter Strand

Peter Strand was born in 1971 and has a master's degree in engineering from Lund University. He is currently CEO of Swedish Logistic Property and has previously been CEO of the real estate companies Victoria Park, Annehem Fastigheter and Tribona. Peter Strand is a board member of, among others, Diös Fastigheter.

Since the Extraordinary General Meeting, Rikshem’s Board of Directors consists of: Per Uhlén (Chairman), Pernilla Arnrud Melin, Liselotte Hjorth, Andreas Jensen, Ulrica Messing, Per-Gunnar Persson and Peter Strand.
