New Members of Rikshem Board of Directors

At the Annual General Meeting on 24 March 2022, Siv Malmgren and Zdravko Markovski were elected as new ordinary members of the Board of Directors of Rikshem AB (publ)s.

The election of the new board members means that Rikshem's board has expanded from six to eight ordinary members.

Siv Malmgren

Siv Malmgren was born in 1959 and holds a PhD in Behavioural Science and an MBA from Stockholm University. She has previously been CEO of John Mattson and a board member of Willhem, Fastighetsägarna Stockholm, Fastighetsägarna Sverige and Handelsbanken, Regionbank Stockholm.

Zdravko Markovski

Zdravko Markovski was born in 1964 and holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Swedish Royal Academy of Technology (KTH). He has previously been CEO of Svevia and has held several senior positions within the JM Group, including more than ten years as a member of Group Management and as Business Unit Manager for JM Residential Stockholm. Mr Markovski has been a board member of Backastad and Backastad Projekt as well as the Swedish Construction Industry Association. Today he is a member of Besqab and a retiring member of Castellum.

Rikshem's Board of Directors after the AGM consists of: Per Uhlén (Chair), Pernilla Arnrud Melin, Liselotte Hjorth, Andreas Jensen, Siv Malmgren, Zdravko Markovski, Per-Gunnar Persson and Peter Strand.
