Rikshem has raised a loan of SEK 844 million from Niam Credit. The loan, which is secured by mortgage deeds, has a maturity of 10 years, and will be disbursed before year end.

Also, during the fourth quarter, Rikshem issued a bond in Japanese yen for the first time. The loan has a maturity of 5.5 years and was issued under the company's EMTN program.

"We are pleased to see that interest in lending with longer maturities to financially strong companies with a long-term view such as Rikshem continues to be good. Niam Credit is backed by several well-known institutional investors with a long-term investment focus that complements Rikshem's loan portfolio. It is also gratifying that we have now issued our first bond with an Asian investor," says Fredrik Sandell, Group Treasurer, Rikshem.
