Rikshem issues its first sustainability-linked bond
In February, Rikshem's sustainability-linked framework was launched, offering investors the opportunity to support Rikshem's long-term sustainability goals.
The framework contains objectives linked to security in our residential areas, sustainable supply chains and reduced climate impact in both existing property management and new production. The first issue under the framework has now been completed with a 5-years maturity and a volume of SEK 500 million.
"Rikshem has a broad sustainability agenda and ambitious goals. By establishing a framework for sustainability-linked loans, we create additional incentives to achieve the goals. It is gratifying that we have now issued the first bond under the framework, which shows that investors want to be involved and support our important sustainability work," says Ebba Lindencrona, Head of Sustainability, Rikshem.
