The credit rating agency S&P Global confirms Rikshem’s credit rating A-/Stable/A-2 in its annual credit rating of the issuer. In addition, Rikshem retains the highest credit grade on the Nordic rating scale, K-1.

"Rikshem has during 2017 worked to extend the duration of its interest rate hedging and debt maturity profile and thereby decreased its financial risk. S&P Global confirms in its credit report that this is positive for the credit grading of the company", says Sophia Mattsson-Linnala, CEO of Rikshem. The company has, in S&P Global´s opinion, a strong enterprise risk profile, based on its low industry risk, robust economic fundamentals and strong position within its niche in the real estate market.
