The credit rating agency Moody’s Investors Service affirms Rikshem’s long term rating A3 with stable outlook in its annual credit rating of the company.

"Rikshem received rating A3 from Moody's 2020 and has since continued to strengthen its financial position in accordance with Moody's expectations. The property holding, which is focused on major growth locations in the residential and properties for public use segments, provides a stable cash flow and low risk. Moody's also emphasizes Rikshem's strong liquidity and strong owners as important factors for the rating", says Anette Frumerie, CEO, Rikshem.
