Rental income increased slightly despite fewer properties and was up 1.6 percent for the like-for-like portfolio. Net operating income also increased. Income from property management was up 36.5 percent, mainly because of an increase in value of properties in joint ventures. The yield requirement has continued to fall, and the change in value for investment properties was MSEK 2,030 (859).

“The profit for the period clearly shows that we operate in strong segments that continue to develop well and that we’re well positioned. A stronger equity/assets ratio, falling loan-to-value ratio and a confirmed A3 credit rating with stable outlook from Moody’s are further proof of Rikshem’s continuing positive development,” says Anette Frumerie, CEO of Rikshem.

  • Net operating income increased to MSEK 867 (861)
  • Income from property management was MSEK 796 (583)
