Rikshem presented its 2019 year-end report today. Income from property management amounted to MSEK 1,286 (1,008). Rental income increased 4.4 percent to MSEK 2,916 (2,792).  Net operating income rose MSEK 62 or 4.1 percent to MSEK 1,586 (1,524).

“In 2019, we increased both our rental income and net operating income, which we are very pleased with since our costs for emergency maintenance were higher than we expect to see moving forward. Positive changes in value in our joint ventures contributed to a sharp increase in income from property management. It is also gratifying to see that our long-term plan to strengthen the property management has resulted in a significantly higher customer satisfaction index (CSI) when it comes to both residential properties and premises,” says Rikshem’s acting CEO Per Uhlén.
