Rikshem’s year-end report 2020: Strong result in a special year

Rental income up 4.0 percent year on year to MSEK 3,032 (2,916). Net operating income up 11 percent to MSEK 1,760 (1,586). Fair value of properties up to SEK 51.7 billion.

“Financially, 2020 was a strong year for Rikshem, despite the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. With net operating income increasing and a good total return, we enter 2021 well equipped. Customer satisfaction also continues to rise, showing that our focus on good property management is producing results.   • Rental income for the like-for-like portfolio increased by 3.5 percent
  • Net operating income increased to MSEK 1,760 (1,586)
  • Net operating income for the like-for-like portfolio increased by 9.2 percent
  • Income from property management was MSEK 1,279 (1,286)
  • Profit for the year increased to MSEK 2,481 (2,244) 
  • The property portfolio increased in value to MSEK 51,750 (49,307)
  • The change in value of properties was MSEK 1,825 (1,538)
  • Total return for the year (including joint ventures) was 7.0 percent (7.2)
