Rikshem’s year-end report 2021: Strong result following positive change in value
Total return almost doubled to 13.9 percent (7.0) and income from property management increased by MSEK 247 or 19.3 percent to MSEK 1,526 (1,279). The change in value for investment properties was MSEK 5,509 (1,825). Rental income up 1.0 percent year on year to MSEK 3,062 (3,032).
- “As we wrap up 2021, we can summarize a very strong year for Rikshem. Despite the continuing pandemic, we improved our result and, even with the divestments made during 2020 and 2021, are posting higher net operating income and a total return almost double what it was last year. We work consistently to raise customer satisfaction by focusing on our property management operations. We operate in attractive property segments and we do it well – we continue to deliver new construction projects at the same time as looking after our existing portfolio and upgrading it in line with modern standards,” says Anette Frumerie, CEO of Rikshem.
- Rental income increased to MSEK 3,062 (3,032)
- Rental income for the like-for-like portfolio increased by 2.4 percent
- Net operating income increased to MSEK 1,768 (1,760)
- Net operating income for the like-for-like portfolio increased by 1.1 percent
- Income from property management was MSEK 1,526 (1,279)
- Profit for the year increased to MSEK 5,931 (2,481)
- The property portfolio increased in value to MSEK 58,780 (51,750)
- The change in value of properties was MSEK 5,509 (1,825)
- Total return for the year (including joint ventures) was 13.9 percent (7.0)
