Ulrica Messing and Per Uhlén new members of the Board of Directors at Rikshem
At the annual general meeting on May 4, 2020, Ulrica Messing and Per Uhlén were elected new members of the Board of Directors at Rikshem AB (publ). Lena Boberg, who declined re-election, left the board in conjunction with the meeting.
The election of the new board members means that Rikshem's Board of Directors is expanded from six to seven regular members.
Ulrica Messing
Ulrica Messing was born in 1968 and has an educational background in social science. She is a former member of the Swedish parliament and has held minister positions in the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation, Ministry of Culture, and the Ministry of Employment. Today, Ulrica Messing is, among other things, Chairman of the Board at Business Sweden and SOS Alarm Sverige AB and board member at PostNord and Länsförsäkringar Fondbolag. She has previously held the positions of vice-chairman and Chairman of the Board at Wallenstam AB.
Per Uhlén
Per Uhlén was born in 1948 and has Master’s degrees in Engineering and Business & Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University. He now returns to the Board of Directors at Rikshem after spending approximately six months as acting CEO of the company. Per Uhlén has previously held several leading positions in construction and real estate, among others at Skanska Sverige and Diligentia (today Skandia Fastigheter). Per Uhlén has also been former board member of, among others, Vasakronan and Bonnier Fastigheter.
Since the Annual General Meeting, Rikshem’s Board of Directors consists of: Bo Magnusson (Chairman), Pernilla Arnrud Melin, Liselotte Hjorth, Andreas Jensen, Ulrica Messing, Per-Gunnar Persson and Per Uhlén.
