The executive chairman of Ripasso Energy increases his holding

The executive chairman and main owner of Ripasso Energy, Sven Sahle, has increased his stake in the company by privately acquiring 256,750 shares. Sven Sahle’s holding in the Ripasso Energy, both privately and through company, now totals 28,250,000 shares, which amounts to 46.2 % of the company.
