Oversubscribed new share issue prior to listing

The listing on Spotlight Stock Market has been preceded by a new share issue that provided Risk Intelligence approximately 12 MDKK before issue costs. In total, the issue was subscribed to approximately 45.6 MDKK including subscription commitments, corresponding to a subscription ratio of approximately 379.6 percent and a public subscription ratio of approximately 771.2 percent. A total of 1 772 individual subscribers subscribed for shares in the issue. With the issue allowance, the company will finance the next step in the company's growth plan, including the launch of the LandRisk module in the Risk Intelligence System. The total number of shares in Risk Intelligence, when all shares are registered, amount to 7,669,140 and share capital to 766,914 DKK.
