RKW SE announces changes to Executive Board

Frankenthal, November 29, 2019 – RKW’s Supervisory Board has agreed upon changes in the company’s Executive Board. Reinhold Franke will leave the Board for personal reasons and take responsibility for sales and new business acquisitions in North America. With Roger Chantillon and Dr. Alexander Wansel, two experienced experts have been appointed to the Executive Board under the chair of Harald Biederbick.

Effective, February 1, 2020, Reinhold Franke has been appointed to the function of Vice President Sales & Business Development North America. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Franke for his work and wish him all the best and every success in his new position.

Roger Chantillon will become the new Board member responsible for Sales and Marketing on December 1, 2019 and Dr. Alexander Wansel will follow on January 1, 2020 as the Board member for Operations, responsible for all production Sites around the world. Reinhold Franke will leave the Executive Board on January 31, 2020 for personal reasons and will take-over the role of Vice President Sales & Business Development North America.

Roger Chantillon is an experienced Sales and Marketing specialist who was in charge at Avery Dennison for the last ten years, ultimately in the position of Vice President of Global Sales & Vice President EMEA Performance Tapes.

With Dr. Alexander Wansel, an Operations specialist will join RKW. As the Chief Operating Officer at the medium-sized TWE Group, he last had organizational responsibility for twelve nonwovens plants in Europe, Asia and North America.
