Legal 4 Landlords finds a new home

LEGAL 4 LANDLORDS, a specialist landlord and letting agent services provider, has landed the keys to a new home quadruple the size of its original office space, in a move that demonstrates its commitment to future growth.
The four year old business, based in Warrington, has relocated to neighbouring 2,500 square feet premises covering space over two floors and housing both a call centre and a sales centre.
The move follows a record 12 months for the business which is on track to achieve its £2 million predicted turnover for 2012/2013
The staff count is up to twenty five people based at the Warrington head office, and there are plans to add a further 10 people to the team over the next 18 months. Further recruitment is expected across the national Legal 4 Landlords franchise network which has 30 franchises.
The award winning business was set up by landlords Sim Sekhon, Stephen Moss and Binder Dhillon for landlords in 2008 to tackle core problem areas faced by those in the lettings industry including: tenant eviction, debt and rent recovery and tenant referencing.
Sim Sekhon, director at Legal 4 Landlords, said:

We’ve remained focused on our objectives to help make the lives of landlords and agents easier and we’ve exceeded them. We had a business idea at the right time – we took the ball and ran with it.”
The office move comes following a series of strategic new appointments including a new sales manager, a head of legal, call centre manager and a franchise manager.
Sekhon added:
“We’re constantly improving our services and have plenty more plans in the pipeline. Last year we launched a very popular rent guarantee insurance product – it’s an area of the business that has grown significantly.
“Looking forward, our main priority will be providing as much support as possible for our growing number of franchises. We have franchises right across the UK now, all doing a terrific job, but things don’t have to stop there – there are landlords and agents who could be benefiting from our services all over the world.”
Last year Legal 4 Landlords acquired rental property search portal mykeys.co.uk in a deal worth £300,000. The portal has 160,000 properties across the UK for tenants to let.
