Kristian Lustin new CEO of RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS

The Board of Directors of RNB Retail and Brands AB (publ) has appointed Kristian Lustin as President and CEO of the company from January 1, 2020.

Kristian Lustin succeeds Magnus Håkansson who, as previously communicated, will terminate his employment on December 31, 2019. Kristian Lustin is currently CFO of the company. A role he has held since April 2015. Kristian is 49 years and has an MSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University and has previously worked at Modern Times Group MTG, Munters and Deloitte.

"It is good for RNB with continuity of management. Kristian knows the businesses and we know Kristian thoroughly. He has done an excellent job as CFO under demanding conditions in recent years.", says the Chairman of the Board Laszlo Kriss.
