Lilian Fossum, Nils Vinberg and John Wallmark nominated as Members of the Board

Prior to the RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS Annual General Meeting, the company’s Nomination Committee proposes the reelection of Chairman of the Board Claes Hansson and Board members Jan Carlzon, Torsten Jansson and Mikael Solberg, and the new election of Lilian Fossum, Nils Vinberg and John Wallmark. It is proposed that director fees will total SEK 875,000, of which SEK 250,000 is to be paid to the Chairman of the Board and SEK 125,000 to each remaining member of the Board.

Lilian Fossum has a degree in business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. Lilian Fossum previously worked for Electrolux AB as a member of group management in charge of Human Resources and Organizational Development, and as VP, Head of Strategic Pricing of Major Appliances in Europe business. Lilian Fossum was also formerly Executive Vice President and CFO of Spendrups Bryggeri AB and management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Nils Vinberg, born 1957, degree in business administration

Nils Vinberg has a degree in business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. Nils Vinberg was most recently with Björn Borg AB, where he worked in an active management role for nearly ten years and was President from 2004 to 2008. Nils was previously CFO of Worldwide Brand Management (WBM), where his duties included overall responsibility for the company’s business control and finance staff function, logistics and IT development. Prior to working at WBM, Nils was President of Industriell Partner AB, the parent company for a group of trading and wholesaling businesses.

John Wallmark, born 1950, degree in business administration

John Wallmark has a degree in business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. In 1990, John Wallmark formed North Trade, a Swedish company specializing in importing fresh and frozen meat from the world’s leading producers. Since its launch, the company has evolved into a market leader in Scandinavia for imported meat. In 2006, John Wallmark sold North Trade to a private equity company and has since devoted his time to Board assignments and working actively with his own company investments including Oden Anläggningsentreprenad AB.
